NOTE to Campppers: Thank you for the amazing opportunity of allowing me to journey with you during Math CAMPPP. You were a terrific group - I learneda lot from all of you. Best wishes as you prepare for the upcoming school year. Remember:
let student ideas stand
marks trump feedback in the eyes of a student
Teaching is not rocket science. It is in fact far more complex and demanding work than rocket science. (Richard Elmore, professor of educational leadership at Harvard Graduate School of Education)....so....give yourself permission to pick one thing and try to do it justice this year
you are all AWESOME teachers!!!

I would also like to thank all of the Grade 9 - 12 CAMPPPers - you are awesome. I learned so much from each one of you; I know that at different points on my journey this year, I will recall a conversation that we had during the week. Have a great year in whatever happens on your journey this year. Remember that there is so much happening that we cannot do everything - choose one thing and focus on it - change and success will come. Know your goal and what success looks like. Maintain contact.
